Return Process

  Log into your NECA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
